Deposit & Cancellation Policies

  • An advance deposit equal to the first night’s lodging is required at the time of booking, the balance is payable upon arrival.
  • No personal checks will be accepted for payment of the account.
  • If you cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival, a refund will be issued less a $50.00 processing fee.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • No-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.

Check-in Policies

  • In-person check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date.
  • Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.
  • Kindly note that the credit cards used to make payments on your reservation and the persons to whom the cards are issued must be present with a government-issued photo ID at check-in. The name on the card and ID must match fully. Also, the credit cards used MUST have an embedded chip that works properly and a balance greater than $1.00 at check-in, or they will be refunded and another credit card will be charged. This is required for check-in, even if full payment has already been received. Remaining room charge balances are due at check-in. 
  • Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
  • No refund is available for early departures once you have checked in and paid the balance.

Parking Policies

  • Free guest parking is available in the parking garage located on Withers Drive, across the street from the resort, one block back.  
  • Trailers are not permitted on the property.

Smoking Policies

  • This property is strictly non-smoking. 
  • Smoking of any kind—including cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances—is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies, or in any public areas of the property. 
  • Violations will result in a cleaning fee charged to the room account and may lead to eviction.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not permitted. However, all ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome.

Other Policies

  • We are a limited-service facility, and daily housekeeping isn’t provided.
  • Room towels are provided for the unit you are staying in and are for in-room use only.
  • If you have a specific accessibility requirement, please let us know at the time of booking.
  • Special requests such as specific rooms and floors cannot be guaranteed.
  • Carolinian Beach Resort website photographs represent a sample of selected accommodations. Some units are individually owned, so decor may vary.
  • Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date they are issued.  ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel.
