Resort Policies

Check-in/Check-out

• Guests may check in after 4:00 p.m and check out before 11:00 a.m.
• A valid major credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.
  
  

Payments and Deposits

• Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. For additional guests over 18, add $10.00 per day.
• Only one discount may be used per reservation.
• An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required, with balance payable upon arrival.
• A deposit of $150.00 per person is required on packages.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• No personal checks will be accepted for payment of account.
  
  

Fees, Surcharges and Taxes

• A weekend surcharge of $10.00 is applied for Friday and Saturday stays.
• A $5.00 per night fee will be charged daily for use of personal safe and unlimited local calls.
• Rates are subject to 11% sales and local taxes and a resort fee of 4%.
  
  

Cancellations/Changes

• Advance deposits are non-refundable.
• A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change.
• A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures.
• Our Vacation Protection Plan can be added to your reservation for $20.00. This protection would refund your deposit in full in case of cancellation, refund any unused portion of prepayment in case of early departure, and eliminate any charges should you have to depart earlier than anticipated.
  
  

Other Policies

• Best Western Carolinian is a smoke-free resort. 
• Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
• No pets are allowed on any of the resort properties.
